TUCKER: 19-year-old marine killed in Afghanistan | News
TUCKER, Ga. -- A local marine has been killed in Afghanistan. He died while supporting combat operations in Helmand province on Wednesday.
Lance Cpl. John R. Wimpey Cagle of Tucker was 19 years old.
He was assigned to 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force at Camp Lejeune, N.C.
