MARTA bus driver stabbed in DeKalb
CLARKSTON, Ga. -- A MARTA bus driver was taken to the hospital after being stabbed Friday morning.
The stabbing happened on North Indian Creek Drive at Market Street in Clarkston, according to MARTA spokeswoman Cara Hodgson. There was no immediate word on whether the driver was stabbed aboard his bus.
The driver's injuries are not life-threatening. His name was not released.
Hodgson said a suspect was taken into custody. Police do not yet know if the suspect was MARTA passenger.
